Terms of Service
The Indonesian version is the version that governs. This translation is provided for convenience.
By creating an account or using Clino, you agree to the following terms.
1. The service
Clino is POS and management software for laundry businesses, provided as a subscription service (SaaS), comprising a web application and an Android application.
We may change, add to, or discontinue features. Where a change is material and adverse to you, we will give notice first.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account and on the staff accounts you create. Tell us promptly if you suspect your account has been misused.
You warrant that the data you enter — including your own customers’ data — is data you have the right to hold.
3. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in Indonesian Rupiah, for the plan you select. The applicable price is the one shown on the Pricing page at the time of billing.
Every plan includes a 14-day trial. You may cancel at any time; the subscription then runs to the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed.
Late payment. If a payment fails, the account enters a grace period. If the grace period ends without payment, access to the service is suspended — your data is not deleted because of suspension, and access is restored once the account is settled.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
4. Plan limits
Each plan carries limits on outlets, staff, and devices. Those limits are enforced by the system. For needs beyond the highest plan, contact us.
5. Prohibited use
You may not: use the service for unlawful activity; attempt to access another user’s account or data; interfere with or place an unreasonable load on the system; reverse-engineer the software; or resell the service without our written consent.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Your data
The operational and financial data you enter remains yours. We process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time and request account deletion via the Account Deletion page.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The POS application is designed to keep working without an internet connection and to synchronise afterwards.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for loss arising from use of the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect loss, including loss of profit, or for loss of data caused by your own failure to manage your account and devices.
9. Termination
You may stop at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service if you breach these terms, or where required by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be addressed by discussion; failing that, by the competent courts of Indonesia.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the application or by email before they take effect. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent via the Contact page.
